If your parcel is in poor condition when it is delivered (damaged, wet, rescotched, etc.) do not accept it without checking. You can ask the carrier or the relay point to open the parcel to be sure that your order is in good condition and complete. If this is the case, you can sign for and collect your parcel, if it is not the case you should refuse it for damage.
If all the products are not completely damaged and you still wish to collect your order, this is possible. However, make clear reservations to the person in charge of your parcel, specifying which products are damaged or missing, then leave with your parcel.
These checks only take five minutes but are very important for us, as they will allow us to open a dispute with the carrier and bring you an answer much more quickly.
All our parcels are closed with white tape with the inscription PRECISION SKI (guarantee tape) then strapped. If this was not the case, we invite you to check the content of your order as soon as you receive the package or not to accept it.
If this has not been done and your order is found to be incomplete or damaged, please contact our customer service department within 72 hours. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
