Here are the different axes to follow according to the status of your package:
- Parcels awaiting instruction:
The carrier seems to have a problem with your delivery.
You can send them your instructions using your tracking number directly via their website or via the email you received. You can reschedule delivery to your home, another address or a relay point near to you.
Be sure to include correct information such as your cell phone number and email address. this information is not shared with third party companies.
- Delay detected / delivery postponed for 24 hours:
Your package is subject to a delay independent of our will, it may be road, human or climatic problems, etc.
It is on standby at the branch and will be put back into circulation within 24 hours.
- Deported package following relay refusal:
The relay point you selected refused your package. The reasons can be multiple, exceptional closing, overloaded relay, etc.
The transport company has diverted your package to the nearest relay point. Your package will be dropped off there within 24 hours.
- The tracking of your package has not changed for more than 24 hours:
