Does your parcel tracking show that the delivery has been made and is a signed proof of delivery available?
It has probably been given to someone close to you. We invite you to start by asking your relatives or neighbours for information.
If you dispute this delivery, please contact one of our advisors via the contact form, attaching the document you will find attached, completed and signed. We will then be able to open a delivery dispute with the transport company.
If you suspect an infringement of property (theft, damage, fraud, etc.) by a third party, you can contact the police so that they can investigate the matter. It is possible to file a report of property damage (theft, damage, fraud, etc.) by going directly to a police station or gendarmerie brigade. You cannot be refused a complaint.
