Were you absent when your order was delivered?
Rest assured, a voucher has been left or an email has been sent to you to reschedule your delivery.
Depending on the carrier you have chosen, you will be able to reschedule the date and time slot of your delivery. You can also change the delivery address of your package or request that it be dropped off at a pick-up point.
Without reprogramming on your part, the carrier will appear twice on the dates and times it has determined. then your package will be kept for up to 10 days in an agency before being returned to us.
