What are the delivery times?

In order to guarantee the best possible delivery service, SKIOCCAS offers different delivery methods and guarantees same day shipping for orders placed before 3pm. Except for exceptional events where the maximum shipping time is 12pm.

Please note that there is no order preparation on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. So, for all orders placed at the weekend, shipment will only be possible on Monday. 

DPD

• Delivery by appointment with Predict

Your parcel delivered to your home within 24 to 72 hours. With Predict, choose the interactive and worry-free appointment delivery solution! When you place your order, choose the day and time slot that suits you best from the list of choices offered by DPD.

Please note that the relay points do not accept non-standard packages (skis, snowboards, poles).

• Delivery in a Relay Point

Your parcel delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Choose from among 5,000 relay points in mainland France and collect your parcel simply by showing proof of identity. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the parcel is received in the selected relay point and you can collect it during the shop's opening hours. You have 9 working days to collect it. After this period, the parcel will be sent back to SKIOCCAS.

Please note that the relay points do not accept non-standard packages (skis, snowboards, poles).

Departments 22, 29, 35 and 56 : delivery the day after.

• Delivery in Europe

Your parcel will be delivered within 2 to 5 days (not guaranteed). Thanks to its clear and transparent tracking system, DPD delivers your parcels throughout Europe in complete security. 

MONDIAL RELAY

• Delivery in Relay Points in France

Your parcel delivered within 3 to 5 days. Mondial Relay is the specialist in delivery in relay points. When the parcel leaves our warehouses, the customer is immediately informed of the shipment of his order and receives a notification by sms/e-mail with a tracking number. From the Mondial Relay interface, you just need to enter this tracking number as well as the destination postal code.
