How long do I have to return my order?

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Precisionski without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.

Precisionski no longer offers exchanges. If you return your order, you will automatically be refunded for the returned product(s). You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a document called "credit note" to inform you of the amount credited to the payment method used.

You will have to place a new order to receive the new item.
