How do you refund an order paid in several installments?

As soon as we receive your package, we process your return and refund the monthly payments already made. The refund will be made by ALMA and the refund period may be variable. 

Unpaid monthly payments will simply be canceled.

If your order contained several items and you have not returned it in full, the last monthly payment(s) will be recalculated to take into account your return.
