I received a credit note, but can I be refunded?

Following the processing of your return, you have received a credit note by email. It is useful for our accounting as well as for yours to indicate that a product has been returned and refunded.

Rest assured, it is indeed a refund that has been made and the payment method you used for your purchase will be credited within 48 hours.
