How will my reimbursement go?

Once your return has been made and received, our service will process your request within 48 hours.

You will receive a processing confirmation email once the checks have been made and if your return complies with the general return conditions.

This email will contain a credit note useful for our accounting and yours to indicate that a product has been returned and refunded.

Your payment method will then be credited with the amount of your order and the initial shipping costs within 48 to 72 hours.

If your payment method has expired, we will contact you so that you can send us a bank details.
