You don't like your order and want to send it back to us? No problem! At SkiOccas you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.
Please note that we allow you to edit a return label (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) from our return platform for free.
If you choose another carrier, the return costs will be entirely at your expense.
Do you wish to exchange your order? Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, SkiOccas no longer offers exchanges. Upon receipt of your return, you will automatically be refunded for the returned product(s).
You will have to place a new order to receive a new item.
How do I return one or more items? Nothing could be easier, just follow the steps below:
- Go to our returns platform and enter your order number.
- Check the item(s) to be returned, indicate the reason for the return, and generate the return.
- A confirmation e-mail with a label will be sent to you.
- Pack your product, stick the Mondial Relay or Colissimo label (or other carrier*) and drop the parcel off at the relay of your choice. (* If you choose another carrier, please send the package to the following address PRECISIONSKI, 695 AVENUE PAUL LOUIS MERLIN, 73800 MONTMÉLIAN)
- Upon receipt of your parcel, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the order within 48 hours (working days and under acceptance of the return). The totality of the order is refunded (shipping costs + price of the product), except if you choose the Mondial Relay return offer.
- Once the refund is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a document called AVOIR to inform you of the amount refunded.
- Your refund will appear on the payment method used within three days.
Please note that no returns to our shops will be accepted.
