Did you make a mistake when ordering?
Several cases are possible.

You have just placed an order and it is still in "payment accepted" or "in preparation"
Get in touch as soon as possible with one of our advisors by email or on +33 4 79 00 42 41. We will proceed to the cancellation of your order and your refund if the withdrawal has already been made

The status of your order indicates that it is "shipped"
It may not have been picked up by the transporter, who picks up at 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Contact our customer service as soon as possible by email or on +33 4 79 00 42 41 to intercept your package.
Your order has been taken over by the carrier. Unfortunately, we can no longer intercept your package and cancel your order. Upon receipt, you can refuse your package by indicating to the delivery person the reasons for your refusal or, in the case of a drop-off point, wait until the storage period has passed before it is returned to us. Upon receipt in our warehouses, we will reimburse you by deducting the shipping costs.
