What happens after I place an order?

Orders placed through SkiOccas are processed and dispatched the same day (for orders placed before 3pm).

You will receive an email for each step of the processing of your order :

• Payment accepted: Your payment has been confirmed by your banking services and your order is validated.
• Being prepared: Our teams are preparing your parcel, the item is checked for any manufacturing defects and packaged so that it can be sent in the best possible conditions.
• Dispatched: Your order is processed and packed and is waiting to be picked up by our transport partner.

On the day of shipment, you will receive an email from the carrier in the early evening with the tracking of your package. For DPD Predict delivery, this is when you will be able to choose the desired delivery.
