A payment may fail for several reasons.
- You have received a 3D secure code : a security procedure to ensure that you are the source of the initiated payment request. This code is only valid for a few minutes depending on the bank and once expired, the payment is canceled. You will have to re-order.
- Code 113 : The servers at your bank did not send us a response concerning the validation of your payment. It may be a simple network error and a new payment must be made for the order to be validated. If the problem persists, contact your bank.
Whatever happens in this kind of situation, no withdrawal is made. However, we invite you to contact one of our advisers if you wish to obtain more details on the status of your order.
